NexAdmin offers a flexible benefits solution that can support hourly workers. Hour Bank is an excellent option for employees who don’t qualify for traditional benefit plans. NexAdmin assists with hour bank plans, where eligibility for member benefits is based on the number of hours worked. The NexAdmin Hour Bank module allows you to manage and administer hour bank plans easily.
